Return & Refund Policy

At Danvi Saree, every saree is carefully checked for quality, colour and finish before it is packed and shipped. Because of the nature of our products, all online sales are final.

ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons such as:

Change of mind or no longer required
Colour or shade looking slightly different from the photos (shades may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting)
Minor weaving variations, slubs or irregularities, which are a natural feature of handloom and handcrafted sarees
Products that have been used, washed, altered, stitched, or had fall/pico work done
Products bought during a sale or with a discount coupon

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will help you:

Inform us on WhatsApp at +91 75500 89640 within 48 hours of delivery.
Share a continuous, unedited unboxing video, starting from the sealed package, and clear photos of the issue.
The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, a refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Claims without an unboxing video, or raised after 48 hours of delivery, cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
